Our Policies & Guidelines

We encourage all guests to carefully review our rental policies and guidelines before starting your adventure with Bryce UTV Rentals. Understanding these important details is essential for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. Our policies cover everything from rental agreements to safety protocols, providing you with the clarity and assurance needed for a successful outing.

Welcome to Bryce UTV Rentals, your gateway to exploring the majestic landscapes surrounding Bryce Canyon National Park. Although UTV’s are not allowed inside the national park, there are numerous trails to explore surrounding areas of the park. To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and hassle-free experience for all our guests, we kindly ask you to read and adhere to the following rental policies:


Machines

We offer top of the line 2 and 4 seat UTV’s. All of our machines are street legal, with signals, horn, windshields, mirrors and are easy to drive. Some trails limit the size of UTV to 50 inches. If you desire to visit those trails the 2 seat option is available. The 4 seater is a great option for the entire family.


Age Requirements

Renters must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver's license. Passengers under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present to sign the rental agreement on their behalf.


Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations can be made online, via phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your desired date and vehicle. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows are non-refundable.


Rental Duration

Rentals are available on a half-day (4 hours), full-day (8 hours). All rentals must be returned by the agreed-upon time to avoid late fees.


Safety and Operation

Helmets are included with your rental and optional for adults. Utah State Law requires all children 17 and under to wear helmets while on the UTV. Operating Instructions will be provided before departure. It is crucial that all drivers understand and adhere to these guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable trip. 


Alcohol and Drugs are strictly prohibited before and during the operation of UTVs. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of being under the influence.


Damage and Liability

A Security Deposit is required for all rentals. This deposit will be refunded upon the return of the UTV without damages.


Damage Responsibility

Renters are responsible for any and all damages to the UTV during the rental period. Our machines are capable and fun on the trails, please drive safely and in control at all times. Please avoid drifting and doing doughnuts, these maneuvers can make the machine roll possibly injuring riders and causing damage to the machine.


Environmental Responsibility

Trail Etiquette must be followed at all times. Stay on designated trails to protect our natural surroundings and wildlife. Leave No Trace - Please take all your garbage with you and respect the natural beauty of the Bryce Canyon area.
